Estimated arrival date is approximately within 3-4 working days from date of purchase, which is dependent on our delivery provider, Fedex Priority.
All responsibilities are on our delivery provider, Fedex, regarding any issues related to the delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free standard shipping to locations in the Middle East (including Saudi Arabia (KSA), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain) with minimum purchases of USD 100 (pre-tax). For orders below USD 100 (pre-tax), shipping charges will be based on your chosen shipping method and the size of your order. When you are ready to purchase, the estimated shipping rate will show in your basket during checkout. The shipping date will be based on the stock status of the product ordered and your choice of shipping. You have fourteen (14) days to notify Toppickr using the contact information below for any missing, wrong, or damaged product in your purchase in accordance with the provision set forth in this section, or Toppickr cannot be responsible for any of the issues above.
We strive to keep all products sold on the site in stock, but high demand occasionally results in delayed shipment. Stock status is indicated on the product page and in your basket during checkout. Please note that the number of days quoted for shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders.
You may track your order using your order number by clicking on the link provided on your shipping confirmation email or under My Accounts. Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Please understand that we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is wrong or defective.
If you receive a wrong product/defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen (14) days of delivery with the order number, details if the product and the defect.
